  Incredible coaches and friendly staff. The atmosphere is great- almost feels like you are walking into a club. Dimmer lights (not harsh lighting like your average gym).
  The staff is incredibly motivating and the workouts have a science behind them. You don't get bored and you see changes in your body quickly. I feel stronger and more athletic than I ever have in my life (and I was once a pretty competitive athlete).
  Highly recommend OTF! Proud to be part of it.

  I just joined Orangetheory about 2 weeks ago and I can honestly say that I love it. I feel great after each workout and look forward to the next one.
